We offer several compulsory and elective modules in the Bachelor’s and Master’s study programmes designed to refine your professional communication skills in English and your intercultural competence for today’s global business world.
With specially focussed English communication courses for business, entrepreneurship and macroeconomics in the Bachelor’s study programmes, you will gain a deeper insight into the global and national economies. You will also develop the skills and confidence to communicate about related subjects effectively and professionally in English.
Understanding the impact of culture in business contexts is also vital for effective communication, securing efficiencies and creating synergies with colleagues, customers and business partners today and in the future. Our intercultural competence and cross-cultural management modules in English will take you around the world and give you the edge on understanding different business cultures so that you can work effectively in an intercultural context no matter where you are. Upon completion of these courses, you will take away an in-depth and critical understanding of widely applied theoretical models and the practice in how to use them appropriately in your everyday working life and to achieve your professional goals.
