In total, you will take the following four modules:
- Business start-ups and succession
- Corporate Financial Management I
- Corporate Financial Management II
- Leading by Persuasion
and complete a cross-module dissertation within four semesters (2 years).
The total cost of the university certificate is € 3.410, plus the basic fee for the Studentenwerk of € 97.

Starting a career after leaving full-time employment:
- Graduates of a vocational further training examination (master craftspeople, technicians and those of equivalent status)
- Students with vocational qualifications (at least two years’ vocational training in a field related to the intended degree programme, followed by at least three years’ full-time professional experience in a field related to the intended degree programme, and, in addition, having passed a university entrance examination)
Authorisation status: no authorisation required
You can have the modules of this innovative and application-oriented university certificate granted direct academic credit transfer towards the extra-occupational Bachelor’s degree programme in ‘Business Administration and Management ’.
