Course Selection for NON-EU BACHELOR
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
The prerequisite for recognition is that there is no substantial difference between the respective learning outcomes. Since the Lisbon Convention came into force, the ‘substantial difference’ has been the key criterion for assessing recognition.
You can find further information here.
Each course is examined separately.
In order to get the credits for the courses you plan to study abroad approved, please proceed as follows:
* Find the courses at the partner institution that interest you (or the programme you have been enrolled in)
* Find equivalent courses at HM Business School for the courses taken abroad (see course timetable)
1. Enter your chosen subjects into the Excel list.
2. Please send the list, together with the COURSE DESCRIPTIONS, to international-hmbs@hm.edu
LEARNING AGREEMENT
You must wait for our recognition approval before filling out the NON-EU Learning Agreement and have it signed by us.
If you wish to take courses that you do not want to be recognised, or that cannot be recognised, you can enter them in the NON-EU Learning Agreement as "voluntary course"
The NON-EU Learning Agreement also specifies in advance whether to recognise the courses as ‘passed’ or with a converted grade. Further information can be found here.
!!!!PLEASE NOTE: Examinations that are taken at the HM Business School must be completed at the HM Business School. Therefore, there is no possibility for a retake (second or third attempt) abroad.!!!
