Course Selection for Erasmus - BACHELOR
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
The prerequisite for recognition is that there is no substantial difference between the respective learning outcomes. Since the Lisbon Convention came into force, the ‘substantial difference’ has been the key criterion for assessing recognition.
You can find further information here.
Each course is examined separately.
In order to get the credits for the courses you plan to study abroad approved, please proceed as follows:
* Find the courses at the partner institution that interest you (or the programme you have been enrolled in)
* Find equivalent courses at HM Business School for the courses taken abroad (see course timetable)
1. Enter your chosen courses into the Excel list.
2. Please send the list, together with the MODULE DESCRIPTIONS, to international-hmbs@hm.edu
LEARNING AGREEMENT
3.You must wait for our recognition approval before filling out the DILA (Digital Learning Agreement) on the Erasmus+ Portal (move on) or the PDF version if a digital version is not yet available. Please do not complete it until you have received our approval.
An online training session is being offered for the Digital Learning Agreement, and you will receive an invitation to participate.
4. Once the Digital Learning Agreement has been completed correctly, it will be approved and forwarded digitally to the partner university.
For the .pdf version, you must obtain the signature of the partner university.
The Learning Agreement also specifies in advance whether you wish to recognise the courses as ‘passed’ or with a converted grade. Further information can be found here.
!!!!PLEASE NOTE: Examinations that are taken at the HM Business School must be completed at the HM Business School. Therefore, there is no possibility for a retake (second or third attempt) abroad.!!!
