We initiate and encourage dialogue, take your suggestions on board and organise working groups that operate in a confidential manner. In doing so, we provide scientifically sound input, thereby creating a valuable platform for jointly shaping the development of the succession network at Hochschule München.
This programme is aimed at all students whose families run a business and who may be in line to take over the business. Whether you’re already involved in running the business or are unsure whether you want to go down this path – you’re very welcome.
We’ll meet in a confidential setting at our office in the heart of Schwabing. Here, together with us, you’ll help create a space for open discussion on all topics relating to business succession. Whether it’s finding the right time, wondering whether you’re up to the task of taking over the business, or weighing up the risks – every topic is welcome. We combine academic insights with a facilitated, collegial discussion. Afterwards, there’ll be an opportunity to continue the conversation over a drink with fellow participants.
