The exam period is drawing nearer.
We have summarised the dates and further information for you below.
Examination timetables
Please note that at the moment the timetables are only available in German.
Please be aware that our examinations may take different forms during the examination period. Further information on this is available from the relevant lecturers.
• schrP: In-person exam in Pasing (please note the room numbers)
• schrP (SafeExamBrowser): In-person Moodle exam in the specified computer rooms/Audimax in Pasing (please note the room numbers)
• schrP (BYOD): Moodle exam on your own device (e.g. laptop) in person in Pasing (please note the room numbers)
• ModA/schrP (BYOD Moodle exam): In-person Moodle exam using your own (mobile) device at the Pasing campus (please note the room numbers)
• schrP (BYOD SEB Moodle exam): In-person Moodle exam on your own (mobile) device, on which the SafeExamBrowser has been installed in advance (only for Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS), held in person in Pasing (please note the room numbers)
• ModA (Moodle test): Moodle exam taken from home without Zoom supervision (please ask your lecturer for the link)
When searching for your enrolment number, please ensure that you enter it WITHOUT any leading zeros (i.e. simply omit any ‘0’s at the start). Otherwise, you may not be able to find your exams. If, despite this advice, you are unable to find your enrolment number, please contact our examination timetable co-ordinator, Prof. Dr Steinicke.
Spatial planning
You are free to choose any seat in the room specified to you. In rooms with fixed seating arrangements (e.g. Audimax), please observe the following seating rule: every second row, every third seat, always in a continuous row and not staggered.
Please note the markings on the folding tables. If you see a white sticker, you may sit there; otherwise, you must not.
For the major exams (1st–3rd semesters of BWL and, additionally, WI), we have overbooked the rooms by 20–30 percent. In the unlikely event that you are still unable to find a seat, please speak to the invigilator on the day of the exam. They will tell you which alternative room to use and will record your change of room in the exam record.
